Tours to the Indian Subcontinent
The Persian Gulf countries have become popular tourist destinations.

Colombia

The Latin American country has a lot to offer. For almost 50 years due to the civil strife going on inside the Country, hardly anybody chose to come to Colombia. It became very much a closed world. Today, visitors to the country will feel they are entering a totally new world when they visit beautiful Colombia. It is an exciting sensation.

Despite being almost closed to the world for a very long time, Colombia and its culture has flourished. The strong colonial Spanish vestiges (both culturally and socially), mingled with the various Afro cultures that have preserved their own uniqueness, present visitors with a bouquet of choices. The Indian Subcontinent

India has fascinated people for centuries. Even before the colonialists decided the take over almost the whole Subcontinent for their own specific and selfish reasons, the region was well known for its spices, silks, jewellery and unique products and artefacts. Many famous historical travellers including Megasthenes, Ibn Batuta and Marco Polo visited the country. They described it to the rest of the world as a very unique place filled with cultures and riches that were foreign to them. Their writings naturally aroused the curiosity of the many who eventually came.

Unfortunately, some visitors to India felt they wanted to stay. They wanted to take over the land for their own kings and queens. The last foreign occupiers of the land worked hard to change most of the original Indian culture but did not entirely succeed.

Today, the Subcontinent is a region that is on every traveller’s bucket list wherever in the world they come from. Travel about 450 km in any direction on the subcontinent and you will feel you are in an entirely new country. Everything will change: the language, the cuisine, the culture and very often even the way people dress – especially if they are wearing the traditional Saree.

We can tailor tours to suit any individual taste or need. These can be arranged for larger groups or individual travellers.

The Persian Gulf

The Gulf Arabs like to refer to this part of the world as the Arabian Gulf. However, any Atlas you may go to, still calls it the Persian Gulf. The Gulf Arabs have not been able to change global traditions that have been in vogue for centuries! Today, most countries in the Gulf, are very modern cities like Dubai, Abu Dhabi, Qatar and even Saudi Arabia.

We can personalise the tour according to your tastes and interests and show the countries to you in ways that you would like to see them. Whether you wish to explore the deserts, the Wadis or the most modern cities, we can handle it all. Click here for further information.

Meetings Incentives Conferences and Incentives (MICE)

When it comes to MICE travel, again a lot depends on the skill of your consultant. A skilled and experienced consultant will go into every detail of your trip. Every transfer, every meeting session; right down to Tea and Coffee breaks that need to be planned.

A lot of planning will be needed to set up special events and dinners in spectacular locations. Of course, dinners at locations like the Transport Museum in Berlin or La Bastille in Paris will eventually depend on the number of participants and budgets.

Menus for lunch and/or dinner are best planned and not left to the choices of a hotel banqueting staff. The success of every meeting is in the detail of the consultant’s planning. Coromandel SAS arranges meetings, incentives, conferences and travel to exhibitions.

Some Recommended Corporate Leisure Itineraries

If you are ever in Bogotá the Andes capital city of Colombia, we would urge you to extend your business trip. We think you should extend your trip by at least 3 days. The City has a lot to offer. Here below are some recommended itineraries:

  • Bogota 3-Day Itinerary – really the best of the amazing capital city! You could not make more efficient use of your time after your business meeting on the Andes Mountains. This is very much a do-it-yourself (DIY) itinerary. To make better use of your time, guided tours are recommended. View some of the popular ones here.
  • Day trip to Zipaquirá – in conjunction with your Bogotá Itinerary. Take a day trip to a nearby town and experience the Sabana de Bogotá. This is again a recommended DIY itinerary you can find a guided tour to Zipaquirá here.
